At House of Wellness, we offer a heart-led approach to wellbeing - bringing together yoga, movement, therapies, and community in a space designed to support your whole self. Whether you're here to sweat, rest, stretch, fly, or simply be, you'll find something for every body and every season of life.This is your place to slow down, reconnect, and feel well - inside and out.

New to Aerial?

We're so excited to welcome you! Aerial yoga is playful, supportive, and accessible - but there are a few things to know before your first class.

Before class:
- Wear a t-shirt (must cover underarms), leggings without zips, and socks
- No clothing with sequins, hooks or zips (they damage the hammocks)
- Eat a light meal at least 1 hour before class
- Arrive hydrated and well-rested

Health notes: Let us know if you're pregnant, recently had surgery, have heart issues, glaucoma, or recent Botox

New to Yoga?

Welcome! Yoga is a practice for every body - no experience needed. Our classes help you connect to your breath, build strength and flexibility, calm the mind, and feel more present.

What to expect:
- Arrive 10–15 mins early to settle in
- Wear comfy clothes and come barefoot
- Bring a water bottle (filtered water available)
- Mats provided (or bring your own)
- Phones off, please – no devices in class
- New? Start with Slow Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative

Facilities include: showers, changing room, mat & towel hire, and free parking behind the studio (look for marked “Yoga” spots)
