With a deep passion for holistic health, she weaves together yoga, aerial, breathwork, and healing practices to support others in reconnecting with their bodies and their truth. Rooted in nature, community, and care, Meg is devoted to creating spaces that nurture growth, connection, and well-being—for everyone.

LouiseLouise is passionate about movement, music, and living life to the fullest. With a background in the creative arts and competitive sports — from rhythmic gymnastics and dance to top-level netball and athletics — she has always embraced an active lifestyle. After five years as a full-time mum, Louise sought a way to blend her love of exercise with more time for family and the outdoors. This led her to discover AntiGravity® Fitness — a practice that brought joy, energy, and meaning to her routine. Known for her positive energy and sense of humour, Louise is dedicated to helping others experience the uplifting power of movement.

AnneliesAnnelies is a yoga and movement teacher who first came to Aotearoa six years ago. Moved by its beauty, she left the Netherlands to settle in Ōtepoti Dunedin, where she discovered a love for yoga through strong, breath-focused Vinyasa. She completed her 200hr teacher training with Trimurti Yoga in 2020, followed by Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Inferno Hot Pilates trainings. Her teaching balances strength and stillness, with a focus on breath, foundation, and mindful movement. Annelies joined House of Wellness in 2025 and is grateful to be part of such a vibrant, dedicated community.

NadeneNadene is a wellness practitioner with a rich background in psychology, which she practised for many years before expanding her path into holistic health. Her work weaves together psychological insight, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and healthy lifestyle guidance to support people in creating meaningful and lasting change. At the heart of Nadene’s approach is the belief that every person is a unique being and already holds the wisdom needed to live well. She aims to make health and wellness knowledge more accessible so that, as a community, we can uplift ourselves and one another.

MikeMike is a certified Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher with a strong foundation in Power Vinyasa and a deep respect for traditional practice. From 2022 to 2024, he studied under Dario Calvaruso, completing all four modules of the Navakaraṇa system. His classes are breath-led, precise, and rhythmical—offering a focused, meditative experience rooted in discipline and flow. Mike shares this powerful practice with clarity and purpose, supporting students in cultivating strength, awareness, and presence.

AngelicaAngelica first migrated from Brazil in 2005 and was introduced to yoga in 2017 through yin classes at the House of Yoga. That same year, a trip to Australia led her to Kundalini Yoga, which sparked a powerful awakening — a mind, body, and soul experience like no other. In 2018, she returned to Australia to complete her teacher training with the RA MA DA SA team and has been sharing Kundalini yoga with friends, family, and community ever since. Angelica believes everyone holds a unique light and gift to share, and her classes are a space to elevate, awaken, and honour your true identity.

KellyKelly supports others in their journey of self-discovery by gently guiding them back to the wisdom of their body. With extensive training in yin and advanced therapeutic yin yoga, her offerings are grounded in a trauma-informed approach and shaped by a deep care for the nervous system. Kelly’s classes invite slowness, softness, and presence—creating space for inner peace, resilience, and reconnection. The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls often accompany her sessions, adding a harmonious layer to this deeply nurturing experience.

PaigePaige is a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with a background in the medical field and a passion for holistic wellbeing. After moving from Australia to New Zealand in 2018, she shifted her focus to full-time yoga teaching, drawing on her personal experiences with asthma, scoliosis, and motherhood. Her teaching supports women through all stages of life, especially pregnancy and early motherhood, and is grounded in breath awareness, self-connection, and emotional resilience. Paige is passionate about helping others slow down, tune into their inner world, and explore the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.

GonzaloGonza began his yoga journey several years ago, exploring a range of styles before discovering a profound connection to Ashtanga yoga. Seeking a deeper understanding, he travelled to India to complete his teacher training in Mysore — immersing himself in the roots of the practice. His teaching is grounded in dedication, humility, and continuous learning, and he is passionate about sharing yoga as a powerful path for personal growth and transformation.

Ana ClaraAna is a dedicated Personal Trainer and Stretch & Flex Instructor with a deep passion for yoga and holistic wellbeing. Certified in Vinyasa Yoga in 2020, she has shared her practice across Argentina, Mexico, and New Zealand, connecting with diverse communities through movement and breath. Her time volunteering at Mana Retreat Centre deepened her understanding of mindfulness and conscious living, and she continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing study at the Argentine Center of Yoga. Ana is passionate about guiding others toward physical and mental balance through mindful movement and breathwork.

JenJen is a lifelong mover, dancer, and Zumba lover who has been part of the health and fitness industry since 2015. After years in a sedentary role, becoming a mother to two beautiful boys, and experiencing a new pace of life, she felt called to create something fresh, exciting, and joy-filled for Tauranga. Dance Fit was born from that spark — a space to move, connect, and have fun. Jen is proud of the vibrant community it’s become and can’t wait to share the dance floor with you.
