Private, one-on-one yoga sessions provide the time and space to truly individualise your practice. People book private sessions for a variety of reasons, including:

Call us to chat about your needs and expectations. We'll help you choose the right teacher and time. Sessions can be held at our studio or we can come to you—we'll bring mats and props if needed.
