Q: What types or styles of workouts do you offer?
A: At House of Wellness we offer unique ways to focus on you health and wellbeing: Aerial Yoga, Mat Yoga, Hot Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and numerous different workshops including the likes of Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, sound healings and so much more.
Q: Where can I see all the current classes available on the schedule?

Q: Do you have online options?A: YES! We are very excited to be offering online zoom classes that you can also attend with your memberships. We are also working on an on demand library where you can attend a class any where at your own leisure.
Q: What times are your classes?
A: We offer plenty of classes to work around your schedule, whether you’re an early bird, love a midday flow session, want to swing by straight after work or just before bedtime. Q: Speaking of Instructors, what are their qualifications?
A: All of our Instructors are qualified. Most have several years of experience in the health and wellness world and all are extremely passionate about well-being. Between us we have over 50 years of fitness training experience!
Q: What happens if I join as a member and I go out of town or have to move? Can I pause or stop my membership?
A: For the following circumstances, a member can terminate their 3 month contract membership by giving notice in writing. For the four circumstances outlined below.
1. Ill health; with a written certificate from a doctor.
2. Moving 40 km or more away from the studio ; with proof of new address.
3. Pregnancy; with a written certificate from a doctor.
4. Loss of income; with proof in writing.
Cancellation forms must be filled out and returned to the admin team please.
Holds: Customers can put their membership on hold for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks in any one calendar year. (subject to the same terms above).
Q: Are there alternatives to a full membership contract?
A: We also offer a 3, 5 & 10 class pass or a 1 & 3 month pass and annual passes, all with unlimited classes!
