VinyasaVinyasa means to link breath with movement. You will warm up the body, build strength and flexibility. The practice is often built around sun salutations (moving up and down the mat). You will leave feeling balanced and grounded. Classes are fun and include background music.

Yin YogaYin Yoga is a quiet, meditative yoga practice incorporating long-held, passive poses. Primarily targeting the fascia, the connective tissue in the body. The purpose is to harmonise the flow of chi in the body. It is a functional style of yoga with each pose stressing a designated target area – be it a myofascial (muscle & fascia) target, joint or meridian.

Hatha Hatha classes are designed to give you a well-rounded yoga experience. Beginning with Pranayama (breath exercise) to awaken awareness of the breath, followed by traditional Hatha style postures focused on alignment to build strength, flexibility and focus, including floor postures that will strengthen and mobilise your core, hips and spine. This class is great for any level from beginners to advanced yogis wanting to focus on their basic alignment and foundational practice.

Pregnancy A great way to gradually improve suppleness and strength through gentle exercise in preparation for labour and child birth. Breathing & relaxation techniques are used to adjust to changes that naturally occur during pregnancy. A great practice for self-care & bonding time with your growing baby.

Aerial Flow This Aerial Yoga experience is crafted for those who have already mastered the fundamentals and are ready to elevate their aerial journey. It offers a deeper exploration of the body in motion, guiding you to hold longer inversions with confidence and grace while discovering a variety of wrap styles that release tension through the hips, decompress the spine, and ease the lower back. As you move through the practice, you’ll expand your movement vocabulary with new transitions, creative flows, and dynamic sequences that challenge strength, coordination, and fluidity. This immersive experience encourages you to refine technique, awaken deeper body awareness, and reconnect with the freedom and joy of movement in the hammock.

Aerial YinAerial Yin Yoga is the gentle, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like an approach that gives you time to tune in at a deep level. Taught in a sequential flow to music, the class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating Shavasana. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.

Aerial YogaAerial Yoga offers a different experience off the mat and into the air, using the Hammock to support another level of depth and understanding in the body. The practice helps to strengthen for a regular yoga practice. It is a fun, dynamic and holistic practice.

Power SculptElevate your yoga practice with our Aerial Power class, a dynamic fusion of power yoga and the support of aerial hammocks. Experience a strong, flowing sequence as you move through poses, suspended in the air, to build strength, flexibility, and balance while adding an element of playfulness to your practice. Note: this class is a fast strong pace and is more suited to intermediate aerial practice.

Fitness This is a collection of workouts from Anna Byrne. Anna is the owner and instructor at Byrne Fitness and a proud mum of two young daughters who keep her on her toes! With Certificates III & IV in Fitness earned in 2011, Anna began running boot camps in Brisbane in 2014. After a break to focus on her family, she resumed in 2023, offering boot camps and online workouts. Her classes are fun, energetic, and efficient—designed for busy people who want to make fitness a part of their lives.
