YOGA
At House of Wellness, we offer a diverse range of yoga classes to support every body and every mood—from strong and dynamic to soft and restorative. Choose from Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Power, Vinyasa Slow Flow, Core Flow, Hot Vinyasa, and the classic Hot 26/2 for strength, heat, and movement. Or slow things down with Vin & Yin, Yin Yoga, Restorative + Sound, and Kundalini to support deep rest and reset. We also offer specialised classes like Pregnancy Yoga, designed to support you through every stage of your journey.

AERIAL
our aerial classes offer a playful, supportive way to build strength, release tension, and explore movement from a whole new perspective. We offer everything from foundational Aerial Beginners, flowing sessions like Aerial Slow Flow and Aerial Flow, to deeply nourishing practices like Aerial Yin and Aerial Restorative. For those wanting to advance their skills, try Aerial Play or join our Aerial Block Courses designed to build confidence and technique week by week.

MOVE
Our movement classes are here to energise, strengthen, and uplift—supporting both your physical and mental wellbeing. Feel the burn in Hot Pilates, bounce into cardio with Rebound Wellness, build full-body strength in Sculpt, or centre your core with Pilates. Want to move with joy? Dance Fit is all about freedom, rhythm, and fun.

MUMS
We currently offer regular Pregnancy Yoga and our deeply supportive Motherhood Journey series. We're now looking to introduce Mums & Bubs classes—gentle, connection-based movement for you and your little one.

FAQ
Do I need to book classes or can I just show up?
We recommend booking in advance through Momence to secure your spot, especially for aerial and popular classes. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
I’m a beginner—can I still come to classes?
Absolutely. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers are skilled at offering options for all levels. Just let your teacher know you're new, and they’ll support you through the practice.
Can I join any aerial class, or do I need to start with a beginner class?
For safety and confidence, we ask that you attend at least one beginner aerial class first. There are specific wraps, grips, and transitions that we teach in these sessions to help you feel supported and ready to fly in our classes.
What should I wear?
For yoga and movement classes, wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.
For aerial classes, please wear leggings without zips, a t-shirt that covers your underarms, and bring a pair of socks. This helps protect both your skin and the hammocks.
